Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the successful execution of services. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information will not be the responsibility of BeizeLab Digital.
Payment Terms Payment terms will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in the project proposal or contract. Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of services until outstanding payments are received.
Intellectual Property All intellectual property developed during the course of providing services, including but not limited to website designs, content, and branding materials, will remain the property of BeizeLab Digital until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use the completed work for its intended purpose.
Confidentiality BeizeLab Digital agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. In a similar vein, BeizeLab Digital expects clients to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared.
Project Timelines Project timelines will be agreed upon at the beginning of each project. BeizeLab Digital will make reasonable efforts to adhere to these timelines, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Clients will be informed promptly of any such changes.
Termination of Services Either party may terminate services with a written notice. Clients will be billed for any work completed up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability BeizeLab Digital is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
Governing Law The laws of the country in which BeizeLab Digital operates govern these terms and conditions.
